Grace Dyer

Grace Dyer is the Marketing and Membership Coordinator at Advancing Women in Nashville, where she supports the organization's mission to advance women leaders through strategic marketing, partnerships, and intentional member engagement. After joining AWIN as an intern in June 2025, Grace transitioned into a full-time role in January 2026 and continues to contribute to the organization's growth, visibility, and impact across the Nashville business community.

Grace brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to her work, blending strategic problem-solving with a grounded, approachable leadership style. She is driven by curiosity, collaboration, and a commitment to moving ideas forward in ways that strengthen connection and create meaningful opportunities for members and partners alike.

Grace earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Social Entrepreneurship from Belmont University in 2025. She also studied abroad in Amsterdam and Prague, where she explored social entrepreneurship through a global lense with an emphasis on design empathy and cross-cultural collaboration. Deeply committed to service, Grace is passionate about volunteering and community engagement, including her involvement with The Store Nashville.
