International Women's Day Celebration: Give to Gain
AWIN's International Women's Day (IWD) Celebration is an annual signature event, held each March, to honor the global movement for women’s equality. This year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” celebrates the power of generosity, collaboration, and shared success. The celebration also marks Advancing Women in Nashville's anniversary, commemorating our founding in 2019 by eleven visionary employers committed to advancing women leaders in large organizations. Since our inaugural IWD event, AWIN has grown into a thriving community dedicated to supporting women’s career advancement.
Bringing together 200–275 members for a dynamic half‑day program, the event features:
- Breakfast & keynote addresses
- Exhibitor showcase featuring sponsors, local businesses, and community partners
- Facilitated connection opportunities across member organizations
- Interactive roundtable breakout sessions on leadership development and organizational best practices

Sponsorships for this program are available on four levels.
Presenting Sponsor: $20,000 [SECURED]
• 15 tickets to IWD event
• Two on-stage speaking opportunities:
o Sponsor comments (3 min)
o Introduce keynote speaker (2 min)
• Opportunity to show video during program (2-3 min)
• 5 tags/mentions on AWIN social media posts promoting and recapping the event
• Logo included on website event page, printed event materials, and event signage
• Logo featured in two pre-event email marketing blasts
• Exhibit booth (two six-foot tables)
