Nikki Gibson is a senior consultant on Dell Technologies’ Culture, Diversity & Inclusion team, where she advances global strategies that cultivate equity, belonging, and human-centered workplaces. A 26+ year Dell veteran, Nikki brings a rare cross-functional perspective shaped by leadership roles across HR, Legal, Ethics, and Facilities.
Known for her ability to build deep, trusted relationships and influence across organizations, Nikki is a passionate advocate for people—championing gender equity, inclusive leadership, and access to opportunity. She is widely recognized for connecting ideas, leaders, and communities to drive meaningful, lasting impact.
Nikki serves on the Dell PAC Board and the Advisory Board for Advancing Women in Nashville (AWIN), where she previously served as Board Chair after years on the Board of Directors, helping guide the organization’s strategic growth and community impact. She has also served on the Board of the Tennessee Pride Chamber.
Her leadership and advocacy have been recognized by the Nashville Business Journal, Out & Equal, AWIN, and Play Like a Girl.
