Start celebrating Valentine's Day early with AWIN's Galentine's Connection: Mentorship Circles! Join us for a morning of empowerment, connection, and celebration designed for emerging, mid-level, and experienced leaders.  This event fosters meaningful relationships and professional growth through dynamic networking and mentorship activities.  Participants will engage in mentorship circles, share insights, and build bonds that strengthen leadership pathways.  

Ashley Bond, AWIN Board Member and Director of DEI at HCA Healthcare, will lead members through discussions on mentor/mentee goals and engagement.  Together, we'll honor the spirit of women supporting women and create opportunities that inspire collaboration and elevate leadership potential.

Ashley Bond

Director of Culture and Values Education for HCA Healthcare

Ashley Bond joined HCA Healthcare in 2023 and serves as Director - Education on the Culture and Values team. In her role, she supports the strategic implementation of HCA’s Culture and Values education and training deliverables.

Ashley earned her M.B.A. from Trevecca Nazarene University and her B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Tennessee State University.

Ashley resides in Nashville with her husband, Tim, and they are the proud parents of three children, Joshua, Reaghan and Kaelin. Outside of work, Ashley serves on the board of AWIN (Advancing Women in Nashville).
