Industry Exchange: Roundtable Conversations

Join AWIN virtually on May 19th for our Industry Exchange: Roundtable Conversations.  This interactive program will focus on the behavioral competency Builds Effective Teams.  The session begins with insights from our opening speaker, Michele Herlein, Chief People Officer at Bridgestone Americas.  Members will then transition to engaging industry-specific breakout rooms, where facilitated discussions will bring members together with their industry peers, partners, and counterpart organizations to share insights, explore emerging themes, and align on best practices that strengthen our collective impact.

Through open dialogue and shared expertise, participants will discuss pertinent industry trends, challenges, and opportunities while identifying areas of alignment across competencies and capabilities.
